Robert C. Panaccio, V.M.D.

Dr. Panaccio graduated from University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. Prior to becoming a veterinarian, he earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Drexel University in 1987. He worked for six years in the business world before deciding to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Panaccio worked as an associate veterinarian in Devon, Pennsylvania. His love of the Jersey Shore prompted him to relocate in 1999. He worked for two years as an associate in Cape May Court House before deciding to own and operate his own hospital. Cape May Veterinary Hospital was built and opened in 2001. Dr. Panaccio is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association (NJVMA). In 2007, he was named one of America's Top Veterinarians by the Consumer's Research Council of America and he was also selected for inclusion into the Heritage Registry of Who's Who. Dr. Panaccio has a strong interest in ultrasonography and pharmacology, with a special interest in pain management. He resides in Cape May with his wife Deborah, their three dogs and one cat and his hobbies include boating and fishing.


Robert J. Moffatt, V.M.D.

Dr. Moffatt, a native Philadelphian, was raised in the Germantown section of the city. In 1974 he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from LaSalle University. After graduation he relocated to Boston, Massachusetts where he worked in the hospitality industry. Upon his return to Philadelphia, he attended Temple University in order to meet the prerequisite science courses necessary for veterinary school. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. Dr. Moffatt entered small animal practice in Center City Philadelphia and subsequently worked as an associate veterinarian for many years in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. In 1993 he was one of the founders of Philly Paws (Philadelphia Pets are Wonderful Support), an organization which provided medical and general care for the pets of people who were critically ill with HIV/AIDS. In 1997 Dr. Moffatt was named one of the area's Great Vets by Philadelphia Magazine. After many years of commuting weekly to Cape May, he made the move to full time resident in 2000.

Patricia J. Link, D.V.M

Dr. Link, a native of New Jersey, was raised in Upper Township. She is a 1989 graduate of Ocean City High School. Dr. Link received a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Delaware Valley College in 1996. She graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. Dr. Link then completed internships at Midwest Bird and Exotic Animal Hospital in Chicago and the Philadelphia Zoo. Dr Link is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Association of Avian Veterinarians, Association of Reptilian & Amphibian Veterinarians, and the Mid-Atlantic States Association of Avian Veterinarians.
